Our goal is to create a welcoming community where cultural differences are celebrated and embraced.
We organize cultural events and activities that showcase Swiss traditions and customs. For example, they may host a fondue night, where members can learn about and enjoy this Swiss dish.
As one of the cultural differences expats may face is language barriers, we offer language classes that help expats learn one of Switzerland’s official languages. This can help to better understand and communicate with locals, as well as appreciate Swiss culture.
Our members provide information and resources on Swiss customs and traditions, helping expats understand and adapt to the local culture. For example, they can offer information on Swiss work-life balance, socializing norms, and personal relationships.
Also we offer mentorship programs where expats can be paired with a local Swiss person who can help them navigate cultural differences and provide guidance on integration in Switzerland.
To help address the expat issues, we offer a range of resources and support services to our members, including language classes and housing assistance. Social events and emotional support of our community also help our members to overcome all problems.
